Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all new sofas. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and keep you updated throughout the process.

Preparing for Delivery

Before placing your order, please carefully measure all doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, and the room where the furniture will be placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit into the property.

Delivery Day

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any issues before the delivery team leaves. Once delivery has been completed and accepted, we may be unable to accept claims for transit damage.

If delivery cannot be completed because access is unavailable, the customer is not present, or the furniture does not fit, additional delivery charges may apply for a future delivery attempt.

1-Year Warranty & Returns

All of our sofas are quality checked, and inspected before sale to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

For added peace of mind, all sofas include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects affecting the frame, springs, or structural components.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, pet damage, staining, normal wear and tear, colour fading from sunlight, or damage caused after delivery.

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any issues before the delivery team leaves. We will work quickly to resolve any genuine delivery or manufacturing faults.

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, and return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
